3.1. Personal Account & Order
It is not necessary to create a personal account to order in our online store.

Once you are at the checkout, in step 1 select "Checkout as a guest" to make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the option to save personal information and shipping addresses so you don't have to write them down on every order. You will also be able to use the Wish List.

3.2. Telephone orders
You can place your order by phone at 2671025507 from Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00 Sunday 9:00-12:00 holiday days 9:00-21:00. Please have noted the code and price of the products you wish to order.

3.3. Order status
If you are a registered customer, to view the status of your order, visit the "My Orders" page from the "Account" menu at the bottom of the page. From there, select your current order to view its progress.

Whether you are registered or not, you will receive an email notification whenever your order status changes.

3.4. Cancellation of Order

3.5. Wish list
Wishlist is a service that allows you to add products that you intend to buy in the future or give as a gift. Products on your Wish List can be transferred to your Shopping Cart when you want them. To add a product to your Wish List, tap the "Add to Wish List" button with the heart symbol.
